Common questions
How does my ward get LCR Ops?
LCR Ops is free for any ward or branch. A member of your bishopric (or branch presidency) asks for it from lcrops.com or by emailing us. Once your ward is set up, your bishop or clerk invites the rest of your leaders with a sign-up link.
I was invited. How do I sign in on my phone or tablet?
Open the invite link your bishopric sent you to create your password on the web. Then open the LCR Ops app and sign in with the same email and password. The app doesn't create accounts on its own.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, type your email and tap “Forgot password?”. We'll email you a reset link.
Where does the member information come from?
Your ward's leaders enter it, either by hand or by copying pages from LCR and pasting them in. LCR Ops never signs in to Church systems, and it doesn't store temple recommend details or anything said in an interview.
Who can see my personal notes?
Only you. Personal notes are private to your account. Not your bishop, and not us as site administrators.
Why am I not getting to-do reminders on my phone?
Reminders are scheduled on your device. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Notifications → LCR Ops and make sure notifications are allowed. On Android, open Settings → Apps → LCR Ops → Notifications.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap “Delete my account”. This permanently removes your sign-in, your personal notes and your private to-dos. Ward records your leaders entered (like the member list and meeting agendas) stay with the ward. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Something is broken. How do I report it?
When you're signed in on the web, use the “Report a problem” button in the corner of the page. Or email us at support@ventiqinator.com with what you were doing and, if you can, a screenshot.
LCR Ops is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
